Unit tests: Collection

We want to have simple unit tests for for the collection service and controller
Please see #11 and #7 on what how should work.
You can use jest or vitest as test framework, but you'll have to research a bit in those documentation. Also, configure it properly please.

The tests can be easily run from package.json, therefore from a CI also.
