When I reproduce the /manuscript/tf-binding,an error occurred “Unknown option --downloadLocation” #4

I found the download link for "gtf file, fasta file" needed to reproduce the tf-binding from /src/splicing/download_annotation.smk, and changed the name and moved to the corresponding path, followed by "tf-binding" running snakemake and found that the 106th line in "/tf-binding/snakemake" has a more symbol, as shown in the following figure.

After the correction, the program finally ran, but I was in trouble again, showing synapse: command not found, I checked and I am not sure if I need to [install synapse](https://askubuntu.com/questions/577711/how-to-install-synapse-in-ubuntu-14-04)

Later I used this method to install synapse, continue to execute snakemake, but and the error is as follows:

That's a different synapse package. Install this one: https://python-docs.synapse.org/build/html/index.html. You can also download the files via the GUI on https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn6131484.
