Optimisation: deal with very large screenshots #1

Some screenshots can be very large and exceed the ~150MB upload file limit on github.

Introduce a mechanism to reduce the upload size, options are:

block image completely and save a 'too big' placeholder image instead
truncate image, fix height
downsample?
