Rewrite the way how the card is redrawn

Might look like a tiny problem but look below. Custom collapsable-cards probably draw the result in the background, so the usage of the interface is smooth without redrawing and white blinking, while your tabbed-card redraws everything after each click, which is really distracting and for this purpose with grafana quite unusable. Consider rewriting this. Thanks!
