客户端本地消息recover问题 #99

现在的处理逻辑是某条消息recover处理失败就会终止整个recover，导致后面的消息都无法recover。实际使用过程中经常碰到这个问题被业务方投诉。
在RecoverStorageManager#recover() 这个地方作少许修改即可。
