How to load ShapeFile array buffer using Shp.js #3

I have uploaded the ShapeFile to Database, I can pull the shapeFile from the database in base64 String and also able to convert it to array buffer

Now how to load array buffer shape file using shp.js? File I am using is attached

Help in this regard will be highly appreciated
