Subject: [PATCH] [DOCS] Add link to on-prem install tutorial (#176096)

This adds a link on the [Install
Kibana](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/current/install.html)
page pointing to a new example walkthrough of the on-prem install steps.
