Testing model: HeatingPlantClosedLoop
The coupled steam heating plant and ETS model can find a solution with CVODE and Radau but not all solvers (e.g. DASSL, LSODAR). With DASSL and LSODAR, the initial value problem is overdetermined.

Error message with DASSL:

The initial conditions need to be reassessed to improve model robustness.
