Was taking a look through the BIDS App BEP (BEP027), and their proposed CLI includes a series of --<entity>-[label|index] flags for broad filtering of any entity (e.g. subject, session, etc). In particular, they seem to endorse use of --subject-label over --participant-label. Do we want to consider building in better support for these types of flags? Exact implementation would need to be discussed
