Documentation for extended projects

Add links and documentation for some of the extended projects being worked on by me (eg. matlab code for visualization of DG), Brad (matlab code for laplace-constrained DWI modelling), Uzair (python code for tractography in unfolded space), Mohamed snakemake visualizations, or other projects.

Just sifting through the issues to remove stale ones.. I think having a section for papers and for links to other relevant projects would good in the README? That way it ends up on the github front page and the docs?
