Failed to delete (cant_delete_file)

I can't delete any files.
This is the command I'm using.

slack-cleaner --token <mytoken> --file --perform --log --rate 1
have also tried
slack-cleaner --token <mytoken> --file --user "*" --perform --log --rate 1

I am trying to delete every file that I possibly can.

These are the permissions on my slack bot app:
