Possibly need to warn on gzip middleware (breaks runserver and gunicorn setups) #4

'django.middleware.gzip.GZipMiddleware' in MIDDLEWARE causes fatal error and livereloadish fails to start properly.

I believe a warning would be easy to implement and useful for general consumption.
