Shrink Pictures application

Create more ROM space by shrinking the Pictures application. The idea is to replace it with the Easter egg that was in ROMv1, but then with the original three Gigatron pictures. That's only 3KB for each image, so we can add a lot more and still have room left for Apple BASIC and MSBASIC.
