keras-nlp provides some good amount of models https://github.com/keras-team/keras-nlp/tree/master/keras_nlp/models but the documentation seems a bit limited.

How to fine-tune models like T5, GPT-NE0X, Whisper

For example, gpt-neo-x is big model, how to make it possible to fine-tune these type of giant on limited resource (12GB, 16GB, 24GB).
