Swarm miner should highlight turtles

It's frustrating when I lose my turtles or don't know where they are, so I think it'd be nice to highlight the turtles with overlay glasses like the containment box corners are, maybe with each turtle's computer ID hovering above it as well. Thanks! (I'm on develop-1.8)

Some time ago I made a rudimentary and slightly messy program to do this: https://pastebin.com/DWKuYjnJ
You will need to change line 9 to match a label part that is common between all your turtles, and the program could be improved a lot (by doing less GPS or using the discovery pings for location instead)
