Builder program problems

I am running cc-tweaked-1.19-1.100.8 with all latest develop branches of Opus/Packages.
I am having a few issues with Builder.
If the Adv Mining Turtle selected slot is empty, the script errors out.
Filling it with any item seems to get me further, but most of the time either selecting Material list or starting the build almost always times out with different places including kernel. A few times I got into the replace list but I am not sure how.
I thought maybe my schematic was too big at 80k blocks and tried a smaller 10k but had the same issues.
If I ctrl-d and scroll up I see tons of builder.lua line 334 spam which is the substitute button creation it looks like. I am not sure what is going wrong, but guessing something to do with newer Minecraft versions.
