Colorfulframe not working with Translucent window option enabled

Is the bug present when snippets and plugins are disabled?

Describe the bug

When colorful window frame is enabled and also translucent window is enabled [in Appearance]

it looks like the following.

But once translucent is disabled, it works properly like below
