There's an extra navigation hop on the stats page

1. Go to the site and view an election
2. Click 'Stats'
3. You are sent to the Sausagelytics page for that election
4. Click the back button once - you're still on the Sausagelytics page
5. Click the back button a second time - you're still on the Sausagelytics page

Expected behaviour: You click it once and you're back on the election.

I guess the replace: true we're doing in navigation is at fault here.
