siard-->ORACLE: Invalid ORACLE url specified #527

Description:
Uploading a siard 1.0 file the following error occurs:
GenericException: Invalid Oracle URL specified caused by ModuleException

Steps required to reproduce the bug:

upload the file
Choose DBMS Oracle
Click "Test Connection" --> Connection to undefined database established with success
Click "Export" --> Invalid Oracle url specified
