tBTC dapp minting: 1 out of 10 succesful transactions going past through step 2

Description:

I am aware that this issue was reported before, but I actually made quite substantial amount of transactions that succesfully pass through step 1 but then only few of them are not getting stuck on step 2 (Fetching address).
Here's my sample of 10 transactions:

As you can also see, warning sign within transaction (indication of "Although one or more Error Occurred [Reverted] Contract Execution Completed") doesn't affect whether transaction will pass or no

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to tBTC dapp
2. Start minting/depostiting process
3. See error

Expected behavior:

All 10 transactions should pass to step 3, as they all had succesful start on step 1

Environment details:

Web Browser: FireFox 79.0
Wallet: Metamask (Firefox), Version 8.0.6

Additional context:

This issue in approximately same frequency currently occurs throughout my friends. All 10 transactions were made with almost identical conditions.
