btrfs replace status percentage calculation appears wrong

When running btrfs replace status during a device replacement, the completion percent appears to be based on the total size of the device being replaced rather than the amount of replacing that has to occur. In other words, on a device where it was 30% used, btrfs replace status said that the device was done being replaced once the status progress reached 30%.
