Gap in Horizontal lines

I dont know if this Project has been discontinued but I discovered a gap between the selected div and the svg tag on Horizontal lines as you can see in this fiddle http://jsfiddle.net/xgc12oew/5/

Its just on horizontal lines. Vertical or diagonal lines are not affected by this gap
