The test Mode dashboard is displayed when "Test mode" is entered in the driver 
station.

This provides low-level control of all objects (actuators) on the robot and 
low-level display of read sensor values.

By default, all controls are placed on one top of each other; these controls 
need to be placed so that they can all be accessed during checkout of the robot.
