current browser page is rendering abnormally

KasmVNC 1.3.3

I have used an older version than 1.3.3 and this problem also occurs. The probability is low and it can be used after restarting vncserver. However, I want to completely avoid this problem. How can I solve it? The software is DBeaver Community for linux. It should not be related to the software. I have used other software and it has also happened. Is it possible that the allocated hardware resources are insufficient, such as CPU or memory?

I am missing the top part of Kali. And after I reboot it I will get the top back but then it doesn't allow me to resize the terminal and is acting odd.
