Describe the bug
Snaps and Flatpaks do not launch or crash when connected to a server computer and launching applications in the server computer through a KASMVNC session . Example of Snap that won't launch at all: Slack. Example of a flatpak that crashes: Pinta

To Reproduce
Connect to server computer
Open terminal
Launch slack from terminal typing "slack"
Terminal then shows this error:
/user.slice/user-1000.slice/[email protected]/app.slice/app-org.gnome.Terminal.slice/vte-spawn-1bc637b7-6c2f-49e2-b504-32f4a35ac0f7.scope is not a snap cgroup
Expected behavior
I am expecting Slack to launch
Browser
No issues connecting to the server through Google chrome browser, the issue happens when attempting to launch flatpaks and snaps through a kasm session in the server.
