Fixes #54.
contributes/snippets section is added to package.json to enable included snippets. Also, variables in the snippets are replaced with placeholder to avoid VS Code warning. See: https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/editor/userdefinedsnippets#_creating-your-own-snippets
