Hello, Thank you all of you have done so far.
I was just curious in the future will there be Linux / Steam Deck support?

I have a reading disability and this extension made it so I was able to play FF14. Thank you for all you do!

I'm not sure why this doesn't work on Linux to begin with, I've heard of people using it on Linux in the past. This might be a regression that wasn't immediately reported.

I'm aware of a bug when installing the plugin on the Deck which might be related, but the error message doesn't make sense to me yet.

If you could upload the dalamud log that could help! I also have a steam deck so maybe I'll install the same on there some time and see what's up.

Looks like the same error I've seen on Discord - still trying to make sense of it, and I unfortunately do not have a Steam Deck to test on. I've heard that regular Linux support still works, so this seems to be Deck-specific.

The error is basically saying that a system library (which has to be installed on everything that can run Dalamud) is missing, which is very strange.

Cannot get it to work on desktop Linux either - running CachyOS, which is Arch-based. Hope it can be fixed, would be nice to notice conversations while I'm running around.

Are there any other plugins people with this issue have that fail with the same error? This kind of error signals that there's something unexpected about the system itself - I can't even replicate this on my Mac install, so it can't just be a Wine thing.

Has anyone found a solution to this problem. I have just installed the launcher for the first time but can't seem to install the texttotalk plugin, keeps failing to install - the same error as shown above.
