[Feature Request] Support for JPEG XL format

• simply adding qjpegxl.dll from https://github.com/novomesk/qt-jpegxl-image-plugin/releases or current nomacs to the folder imageformats doesn't work (for me) - proabably due to an outdated Qt5 version in Quickviewer 1.18: [Feature Request] AVIF/HEIF support... #171 (comment)

• AssociateFilesWithQuickViewer.exe doesn't incluse .jxl

• probably rightly so, JPEX-XL hasn't been added as a supported imageformat https://kanryu.github.io/quickviewer/

Quickviewer is great, I used to use it a lot - but without the support for actually modern image formats (JPEG-XL, AVIF, HEIC) I had to switch to another, slower app for the time being.
