[URGENT] Possible breaking change to Wikidata Query Service -- Your input needed

This is Luca Martinelli, aka Sannita, from Wikimedia Foundation.

We are currently looking into making some fundamental changes to the Wikidata Query Service, and for so we are trying to reach out to people that would be most affected by the change. We are contacting you because wikibot seems to be one of the most impacted user agents in this change, and we are interested to know if our proposed solution would impact negatively on it.

We are also hosting a call every two weeks with all stakeholders to continue discussing potential ways of mitigating the impact of the split, and you're welcome to join if you wish.
