Users who do not belong to any organization should be removed after a while (e.g. 6 months). Could be based on the ObjectID, which contains the creation timestamp.

Invited users belonging to a single organisation could probably be removed when they are removed from the organisation.

We should however send an email or state this clearly in our terms. Related to #238.
