Add the converting script to deal with different types of EfficientSAM model in general

Hi, Thank you very much to share your tensorflow weights.

I really appreciate that.

However, I want to get the another weight version, efficient_sam_vits due to performance issue.

I see that there is no converting script in this repository so how about sharing the converting script if you don't mind?

About the converting script, it is I re-implemented the EfficentSAM with Tensorflow2 and converted pytorch checkpoint to tf2 checkpoint, so I cannot provide it.... sorry!
