http://csl.snu.ac.kr/courses/4190.307/2020-1/riscv-spec-v2.2.pdf is a working link, instead of https://content.riscv.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/05/riscv-spec-v2.2.pdf as in kecc-public/src/asm/mod.rs
Thankfully page number is same (I think it's a same copy)
