Describe the bug:

We are setting CloudDualStackNodeIPs=true here: https://github.com/k3s-io/k3s/blob/master/pkg/daemons/control/server.go#L326. However, as stated in the feature gates reference, starting in 1.29, that gate is true by default. In Octobre there won't be a 1.28 release, therefore, we can safely remove that setting
