Usage: " sudo 'YOUR_COMMAND_HERE' "
Be sure you enclose your command in quotes!

Run Setup.ps1 as Administrator and let it install itself for you.
Manually, copy su.cmd and Emulate-Sudo.* to any folder in your PATH, or anywhere assuming you add that location to PATH in the System Control Panel.
