Steps to reproduce:

Clone git
Change code signing identities (so that it will build)
Build and run on iPhone 4S
Console logs "qrui[18096:5e3b] failed to decode, caught ReaderException 'Could not find three finder patterns'"
Repeated with 10 different QR codes
