Feature Request: Add Live Search of Capabilities

The new features in Members 2.x are great!

One idea I've been wondering about is the ability to search and filter through the list of capabilities.

Naturally this adds a fair bit of complexity, but imagine a scenario where you want to view or edit a permission that you explicitly know (e.g. manage_options) but don't know what category it falls under or want to resort to seeing "All" at once and using the browser's built-in page search function.

Adding a live (or not) search filter would allow for showing just the matching capabilities and would greatly improve and speed up the process of managing capabilities for a Role:

When I started using Members I thought the same thing. Specially sites with custom capabilities such as mine, it can add a lot and it is hard to find out which is where.

I presume a little bit of refactoring would be necessary, so that a search of a capability would be shown first together with the "category" in the sidebar. So that the user can see from which category the cap belongs to.

But a nice feature indeed.
