Add facility for the user to make a video on exit from the output images

This would involve...
Keep track of the filenames as they are exported
Add a key press to make a video, or just do it on exit with an option
Use an ffmeg library to collate images to a video

This feature suggests adding more sophisticated config rather than just have everything on the command line.
