Animate ticks out relative to where the thumb was left instead of to the center.

Right now, ticks will animate out relative to the center tick. We should check which tick is popped and then animate the ticks out relative to that tick.

Not sure if this is a fix or not, but #9 adds functionality to pop the tick relative to the slider absolute distance from the tick, and will even "hug" the tick around the slider as it passes by.
