Questions regarding profiles

I would also like to know this. Do not mind seeing default but a custom profile name would definitely add some flavour when only using one profile.

You can't change the default profile name but you can add another custom profile and then disable the default using the context menu in the login screen.

Skin profiles are separate from kodi profiles (or more specifically skin profiles are inside your kodi profile so each kodi profile will have separate skin profiles)

Skin profiles only save skin variables widget config and your colour settings. All other settings are shared between them.

That's a bummer. I've disabled Pseudo Profile completely and using Kodi profile only.

Although, I've stopped using Pseudo Profile but still want to know, can you change profile picture of pseudo profiles?

How did you disable the skin profiles? I find these incredibly annoying but dont see any options to remove them in the skin settings

Go to Skin Settings > Expert and disable 'Individual skin user widget configurations (pseudo profiles)'

Thank you! That did the trick. Have you found an easy way to switch (actual) kodi profiles while using the skin?

I'm glad it worked!
I haven't used Kodi profiles in a while but it should theoretically work the same in the skin.

Go to Settings > Profiles
Create a new profile and adjust the settings as needed. You can share media info and sources or keep them separate.

Enable the 'Login Screen' which should disable Auto login.

Restart Kodi
