Feature description

I dont know if this should go here or in tmdbhelper. Will there be a central landing page for actors when you select on them similiar to AH2 where theres info and credits wiki and extras?

Currently, you have to choose from a context menu of options and you are only able to see the selected category.

Why is this feature needed? Please justify and explain.

A central location for the selected actor where you can see the movies tv and other things and be able select them to play or pull up the info of the movies/show.

How do we access the actor info page?
I have TMDB People in my Search widgets, clicking on the result currently brings up the same context menu as above. Do I need to re-add the search widget or something?

Long press is the same as pressing "c" on the keyboard and brings up this menu. There is no info option.

Press info like any other info dialog.

I don't have an info key on my remotes, and few good options to use for remapping (shield tv and chromecast).

According to Liquidrag's screenshot, it seems like long press on TMDB people search widget result does not bring up an info option on the context menu.

Yeah I thought "Show information" was standard on all context menus like "Add to favourites" is but looks like I was wrong.

I don't control the context menu for those types of standard commands, so not much I can do about it if you don't have a remote with an info key.

Is it possible to add it to the flyout under wiki? I ask because I never saw discover or wiki in any other skin so I assume you have control of that.

This is not the actor info being discussed here. But, yes, cast should be clickable and take you to credits. It works for me when pressing select in a cast member.

Thanks for checking, I will open a separate discussion thread to track this as I tried on the new skin version just now and no luck!

Sorry I misunderstood what you were asking. You cannot use context menu in items in info dialog. It will always be broken but a skin cannot disable it.
