Fuse skin on a windows touchscreen device

Hoping someone can shed some light on how arctic fuse would function on a windows touch screen device. I tried afew skins a while back on a android tablet and none functioned to good. However I'm debating buying a 2 in 1 laptop or a windows tablet but was wondering if fuse would work ok on a touchscreen device or would it me the same as using it on a android tablet?
