How do I enable showing information in Favourites menu? #1070

I wanted to add the side menu favourites to the main page. For this I edited the widget link to "Favourites://". Now I can see the widget and all my favourites but it doesn't show any information about the movie/tv show like it shows in other menus. Is there a way to fix this? |

Unfortunately No. Kodi doesn't provide info for favourites, only a label and an icon (its like a shortcut on your computer - it's a link to the item, not the item itself). |

Depending on what addon you use, there are ways around this. For example, Umbrella can add to favourite then point it within the addon, also, I believe you can use the node feature to make a favourite list. |
