Admins can change a users password, but what about resetting 2fa codes or similar? #172

We should also spend some thoughts on what happens when a user loses their 2FA factor and how admins can or could potentially help with that.

I'm thinking that it makes sense. If we want to support this, it is probably a good idea to make it so that you reset the users 2fa setup, which forces the user to configure when the user tries to authenticate the next time.
