Support for @IgnoreOthers annotation

We have support for ignoring specific test cases by providing Ignore annotation on the test methods. But it can be very helpful to add a single IgnoreOthers annotation on a method or two to ignore all the other test cases. This proves to be very helpful if you just have to test a single method and ignore all others.

Any thoughts on this? Would be happy enough to contribute a patch.
