a new page to share some resources people can check out. maybe some good intro courses or some good reading materials

Hi, I would like to work on this! Would it be alright if I added the new page as a link/button underneath the "find your local chapter" button? And then to keep it consistent with what's already there, I can add the actual content after the "chapters" section and before the "newsletter sign-up" portion.
