Add a public folder

This isn't a huge deal, but all the files are in the same folder. We can organize them more by putting static resources into a public folder, and keeping necessary files outside of it. That should be easy, just make sure to set it up in a way that the code still runs, and runs smoothly.

Also this is my first github issue! I know it's on my repo, but still I'm happy about it!
