When launching in YARN mode, CREATE CLASSIFIER MODEL X ... creates Jubatus cluster named X. As a result we cannot provide a full multi-tenancy, because the same model name X can be used in multiple JubaQL sessions, and Jubatus clusters share the same ZooKeeper quorum.
