Apriltag finger tracking?

Would it be possible to use a phone strapped to my headset to detect finger positions?
I could have a glove with April tags on the fingertips and wrist to perfectly track my hands.

Perhaps the hand drivers could be implemented with this? https://github.com/LucidVR/opengloves-driver
