Reverse Shift+F instruction

In visidata-in-60-seconds.rst, it is super cool to start with a powerful command like the Frequency Table. It would be nice to explain how to revert/exit out of the Frequency Table to get back to the starting "spreedsheet grid" view.

Hi @mmascolino, that's on the very next page, q to quit any sheet. Maybe this should be louder or more explicit there, but @jsvine does talk about how foundational sheet navigation is shortly after that.

i actually did eventually find that and was kinda sheepish...but i will tell you that I stopped for awhile going through the tutorial trying to figure out how to safely reverse out of that.

Thanks for the suggestion @mmascolino, and thanks @saulpw for chiming in. I think this would be a reasonable (and relatively concise) addition. I'll plan on making the change at some point in the near future!
