Phantom pdf reports inconsistency across the platforms #132

Pdf reports are looking differently when rendered on different platforms.

The source of the problem and workarounds seems to be described here.

This problem needs further investigation, but we may need to change phantom zoom factor or dpi for unix platforms.

The required bug in phantomjs@2 has been fixed
ariya/phantomjs#12685

Waiting for release 2.2 now

Seems this will never come to life. We documented the problem and workaround in docs. We cannot do more.
